Returns Policy


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to slenzi@dailyworldfinds if requesting an exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and when quantities are available to do so. If we advise an exchange is possible, send your item to: 190 112th Ave N, #901, Saint Petersburg Florida US 33716-3267 with your order number clearly marked. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


We understand that things happen and you may need to request a refund. We accept returns within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. Please send an email to to request a return. You will receive a response within 24 hours with instructions for your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Due to cancellation fees imposed on us from our global suppliers in times of late cancellations since most items ship within the first 48 hours, orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $15 administration fee.
